David has over ten years of experience as a not-for-profit non-executive director at Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney Limited. Formerly, David was a senior executive in Commonwealth Bank’s Group Strategic Development department, heading the team responsible for all CBA group mergers and acquisitions. David has wide-ranging academic qualifications in science, business administration, and social policy. The PhD research, completed at UNSW’s Social Policy Research Centre in 2022, provides practical insights to enhance advocacy efforts for marginalised Australians. David is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).
