Laurie joined the Board after a 35-year career in health, predominately working with older Australians. He served on the Board Development Committee 2018-2020 and is currently chair of the Revenue Diversification Committee.

He was a director of Australia’s first private cardiac rehabilitation centre and has board experience in both commercial organisations and not-for-profits, such Community and Patient Preference Research Pty Ltd and Patient Voice Initiative.
