The NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) has launched a series of short videos to help people better understand how to engage with the Tribunal on a number of issues that impact their lives, from care for a loved one to their rights as a tenant.

The videos include helpful demonstrations of how you would go about getting assistance from NCAT in the case of applying for Guardianship of someone you care for, making a tenancy application about unpaid rent, applications about home building or having licensing decisions reviewed.

Each of these videos is available in a number of languages : English, Arabic, Mandarin, Greek, and Vietnamese.

This video shows how NCAT hears a typical guardianship and financial management matter for a person with a decision-making disability:

You can find this video series, as well as versions in languages other than English, on the NCAT website: Videos
