COTA NSW conducted extensive research focusing on how and where older people in NSW are living, which we’ve compiled in the 2014 50+ Report. The Report looks at housing issues such as affordability, suitability and ‘liveability’.   For people aged 50 and over housing can become difficult to find and/or manage as they find their needs changing and, in the majority of cases, their incomes reduced.   The 50+ Report explores the reasons why people live where they do.
