There is no law that states we must appoint an attorney. However, there are laws that dictate what will happen if we lose mental capacity and have not already exercised our right to appoint a substitute decision maker.
Ten Power of Attorney seminars were run from November through to May in the following locations: Sydney metro, Orange, Wollongong, Newcastle, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Rockdale, Parramatta, Bankstown and Dee Why.
