Get involved in our Joy in Ageing research

COTA NSW will be undertaking a research project on joy in ageing in 2026. Through case studies and focus groups, we want to understand what joy looks like in later life and how its ripple effects strengthen individuals, families and communities. We hope this work will encourage more space for joy in both policy and everyday life. We are seeking participants to share their experiences of joy through interviews and focus groups.
