COTA NSW's first 50+ Report for 2021 has revealed that many older people were resilient in the face of COVID-19 restrictions, and were inventive in finding new ways to address their needs. However, there were areas of concern including mental health, isolation and curtailment of volunteering.

Recent research by COTA (Council on the Ageing) NSW has revealed that many older people were resilient in the face of reduced social activity during COVID-19 restrictions, and were inventive in finding new ways to address their needs.
